He's my most favorite villian. Actually. I love nearly all the Batman villians so. Yeah.
Based heavily off of this: [link] (I looked for the artist, but it's the cover of a comic, I'm pretty sure) - it's a little different, though, because I'm not so good with overexaggerated expressions DD:
And his hand gave me so much grief it's like he's poking his eye out omigooooosh.
But I had a lot of fun with it because I am soooo freakin' excited for The Dark Knight. o geez. I've got a "I Support Harvey Dent" shirt and everything lol. I'm excited.
