Her name is Reggie and she has a guy friend who is also named Reggie and the fact that they have the same name is the only reason they're friends at all (though, of course, her full name is "Regina" and his is "Reginald"...though that's only an assumtion in his case and most people call him "Reg" anyway).
Girl Reggie is based loosely off of Audrey Hepburn's Regina in the movie Charade. Well, really, only the name is. And the fashion for this picture. BUT STILL.
"Beautiful" by the Go-Go's is quite possibly Reggie's theme song. It's INSPIRING. (and it's stuck in my head)

Ahhh~very reminiscent of Audrey Hepburn's time; reminds me bunches of a blend of Breakfast at Tiffany's and the old James Bond flicks. Reggie's a cool chick ;o
